Checking Out
Checkouts are due at 11:00 AM; checkouts after 11:00 AM are subject to a late checkout fee.

Located on the third floor. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Pool
Located on the third floor. Open everyday from Sunrise to Sunset
*No outside food or beverages are allowed in the pool area*

Sundry
Located in the lobby. You will find a variety of snacks, drinks, and more at our convenience store across from the front desk!

Parking
Valet parking costs $38.00/night, self-parking costs $35/night.

Daily housekeeping “Tidy Service”
Housekeeping will provide daily tidy service which includes: Replenishing guest shower amenities & removing trash and used towels.
*If you do not want these services, please put your Do not disturb sign on the door.

Complimentary Shuttle
Available Monday-Friday, between 7 AM – 8 PM. Life Time Coral Gables > THesis Hotel Miami > UM Metrorail Station. Loops approximately every 20 minutes. Equipped with WiFi & Electrical Outlets.

Laundry Room
Located on the fourth floor. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Guests can use their room key to access the room, equipped with coin-operated washers and dryers. One full wash or dry cycle costs $1.50 — see the front desk to exchange for quarters.

Orno
New American, Wood Fired cuisine. Located on the ground level. Open for Dinner, Sunday-Thursday from 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM, and Friday-Saturday from 5:30 PM – 11:00 PM.

Mamey Restaurant
Vibrant Food & Drinks in the Heart of Coral Gables. Located on the ground level. Breakfast is served every day from 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM; lunch is served every day from 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM; dinner is served on Sunday – Thursday from 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM, and on Friday – Saturday from 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

Mamey on 3rd
Tropical Vibes on a Rooftop Terrace. Located on the third floor. Happy Hour takes place every day from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Bites & Drinks are available on Sunday – Thursday from 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM & Friday – Saturday from 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM.

Breakfast is available every day from 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM; lunch is available every day from 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM; dinner is available on Sunday – Thursday from 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM, and on Friday – Saturday from 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM *The QR code at the end of this page, and the one you will find in your room, display our breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus.
