Coconut Grove Arts Festival

The Coconut Grove Arts Festival returns to the shores of stunning Biscayne Bay this February for three days of outdoor festivities, including live mural painting, activities and performances for the whole family, and the work of over 360 renowned artists on display. With a designated family zone and culinary pavilion with celebrity chefs on site, the immersive Coconut Grove Arts Festival is sure to be a major highlight of your Miami Arts, Culture & Heritage Months experience. 

General admission starts at $20 when you book online, with free admission for kids 12 and under. Discounted tickets are also available for local residents. The festival kicks off on February 18, at 10 am and runs through 7 pm on Saturday and Sunday, and 5 pm on Monday.

As a National Historic Landmark, the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is an immaculately preserved estate with expansive, lush gardens. Visit the museum to experience the stunning architecture and grounds–a homage to the Miami of days gone by.

Coral Gables Festival of the Arts and Miami/Coral Gables Kids Festival

An unforgettable part of Miami Arts, Culture & Heritage Months, the Coral Gables Festival of the Arts and Miami/Coral Gables Kids Festival takes place January 28-29, from 10 am to 6 pm. With the Miami Beer, Wine and Spirits Festival; the Miami/Coral Gables Fashion Festival; competitions and activities for the kids; and over 200 fine arts and crafts vendors and displays, the Coral Gables Festival of Arts truly has something for everyone.

The Coral Gables Museum is a must-see all year long and especially during Miami Arts, Culture & Heritage Months. The museum houses year-round collections and exhibits celebrating the various elements of Coral Gables’ built environment and cultural landscape. 

Coral Gables Art Galleries and Gables Gallery Night

Coral Gables is home to several independent art galleries to peruse as you take part in Miami Arts, Culture & Heritage Months, including Cernuda Arte, The Americas Collection and ArtSpace Virginia Miller Art Galleries. The neighborhood even has a longstanding tradition of hosting Gables Gallery Night on the first Friday of every month, during which on-demand public transportation can carry art enthusiasts between art galleries.
