An open-kitchen concept, dishes crafted with locally sourced ingredients, and a warm, elegant ambiance is finally unveiled at the new Orno restaurant by James Beard nominee Chef Niven Patel. Located inside of THesis Hotel Miami, Orno invites guests to savor and appreciate the craftsmanship and high-quality ingredients found throughout the New American menu.
From must-try dishes straight out of the wood-fired oven and grill to the intimate private dining experience, become immersed in Orno and get ready to reserve your table at the hottest new restaurant in Coral Gables.
Sustainably and Locally Sourced Ingredients
A farm-to-table concept, Orno pays homage to the ingredients. From heirloom tomatoes to okra, much of the produce on the menu is sourced directly from Chef Patel’s own farm in Homestead, Rancho Patel. More than 35 varieties of seasonal greens, fruits and vegetables can be found in the dishes at Orno. In addition to the locally sourced produce, sustainably caught seafood and high quality meats are also incorporated.
Must-Try Dishes for a Gastronomic Journey
Every dish on the Orno menu is designed to take guests on a gastronomic journey. Featuring small and large plates, wood-fired pizzas, and shareable sides, each item can be enjoyed individually or together. The unique cocktail offerings at Orno are inspired by literary classics—drinks like the Master Copperfield draw from Charles Dickens’ “David Copperfield” while the Jack Rose draws from Ernest Hemingway’s “The Sun Also Rises.” Refreshing mocktails and an extensive 600 bottle wine list are also available.
