Every Saturday, the open air Coconut Grove Organic Farmers Market takes up residence on Grand Avenue, just a short bike ride from THesis Hotel. Browse an extensive spread of organic fruits, vegetables, grains seeds and vegan foods. Pick up a freshly baked fruit pie or sample the raw food pizza or Nori bar. Whether you’re stocking up for a picnic at the beach or looking for a quick snack on the go, the Coconut Grove Organic Farmers Market offers something for everyone.

For an energy boost during your bike ride, stop into Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables. With patio seating and a bike rack just out front, Crema is the perfect stop for an iced latte or quick breakfast bite as you cruise down Miracle Mile–a happening district with shops, restaurants, museums and more. Need an afternoon pick-me-up? Check out Panther Coffee in Coconut Grove. Cruise Through the Area’s Most Scenic Neighborhoods and Parks

For a leisurely bike ride amid verdant ficus trees and banyans, you won’t need to go far from THesis Hotel–the Coral Gables and Coconut Grove neighborhoods are home to several scenic parks and bike-friendly trails. The 13.5-mile Cutler Trail, which begins at the intersection of Old Cutler, Sunset and LeJune roads in Coral Gables, winds through some of Greater Miami’s most scenic neighborhoods and is ideal for travelers of all ages. With the historic Vizcaya Museum, Peacock Park, Alice Wainwright Park and the Barnacle Historic State Park along its 5-mile paved route, you can also take one of our THesis bikes for a spin down The Commodore Trail.

Fuel up before a day exploring South Miami or relax and unwind during or afterward–whatever time of day, there are endless options when it comes to sampling local cuisine.
