For the safety of our guests and team members, face coverings are required in all indoor public areas.
During this time, we are committed to maintaining our collective health & safety, that’s why we are following the guidance of the CDC, World Health Organization to ensure your stay is one met with comfort and ease. Here are steps we are taking, and remember to check back as we are monitoring and staying current on all local mandates.
In our commitment to your health and safety, we’ve pledged to limit our room occupancy to a maximum of 50% in order to optimize our ability to provide for social distancing in our public spaces. In addition, following our comprehensive cleaning program by our housekeeping team, we are allowing a full 24 hours between check-ins to our rooms.
We’ve made it easy for you to check-in, allowing for a contactless arrival.
Floor Decals & Signage
Placed throughout the hotel to offer guidance on protection standards.
Our housekeeping team is cleaning around the clock with EPA-registered disinfectants to service rooms while also being mindful by wearing masks and gloves.
Pack Your Masks
All guests and staff are required to wear masks in public spaces except while eating or drinking. We’ll offer a mask as part of our wellness kit you will receive as a hotel guest.
Sanitize Your Hands
For your convenience, hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the hotel.
Our Gift To You
Each room is equipped with a complimentary wellness kit including a surgical mask, gloves, and sanitizing wipe.
To maintain social distancing standards, guest elevators are limited to three people at a time or to one family/group unit.
In Room Dining
You’ll experience touchless room service that has been prepared by our trained staff.
The fitness center is located on the 3rd Floor and is available by reservation only to ensure we can properly disinfect equipment after each use. Masks are required at all times while in the fitness center.
Reservations are required for dining, which allows us to protect our staff and guests as well as adhere to the Florida State and Coral Gables County guidelines. At this time, both indoor and outdoor dining is permitted per county-wide mandate and we are spacing out tables 6ft apart.
Pool & Terrace
The pool is located on the 3rd floor and will maintain limited occupancy during this time.
